Return Policy
We are dedicated to our customers and believe in the quality of all merchandise that is sold on our site. Each product sold on our website is covered by the warranty through us. You can contact a Shirtwerx customer service representative to assist you if any item is defective.
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.
Defective Returns – Each product has a warranty within 30 days from ship date. Shirtwerx will pay for shipping or give a credit.
Refused Shipments – To avoid delays and extra charges, accept delivery and send a Return Request Form as described below. Items must be unworn and unwashed
Returns Process
Submit a Return Request Form via email to info@shirtwerx.com. You will need to include the following information:
- Customer Name
- Invoice/Order Number
- Shirtwerx Item Number
- Reason for the Return Request
Shirtwerx cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. It is recommended that freight and proof of delivery tracking are utilized by customers sending in return shipments. Shipping and handling charges for all returned items are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective returns as described above).
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order for any reason, you must Shirtwerx immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order upon your notification. Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if they have already been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will accept a return that is in accordance with our non-defective return policy. No refunds will be given for shipping and handling fees. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for all return shipping costs.
Credits
A credit will be issued is after the product has been received, processed and inspected by Shirtwerx. Shirtwerx cannot control when the credit is reflected on your statement; that is the responsibility of your financial institution. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear. You will want to contact your credit card company for further information.
Payment Methods
Shirtwerx aims to make your shipping experience as enjoyable as possible, therefore, we make shopping at our site fast and easy. We accept online payments through credit cards.
Credit Cards
We accept credit cards payments through Visa or MasterCard only. Your card will not be charged until your order has shipped. However, once your credit card is authorized, the funds to fulfill your order may be reserved for a certain number of days, even though we have not yet charged your card. The exact process or numbers of days funds are reserved will vary depending on your lending institution.
If you are using a debit card in lieu of a credit card, you will want to confirm with your bank the daily limits on your card. We cannot be held responsible for any surcharges you may incur for placing transactions exceeding your limit.
